Rob joined Woolworths Group in 2015, as the Format Development Director, accountable for the evolution of their customer value proposition in stores as well as end-to-end capital deployment. With innovation at the heart of format development Rob leads and delivers on innovative solutions to differentiate and importantly enhance both team and customers’ experiences, as well as supporting delivering the Group’s environmental commitments in all new and renewed stores. Rob is also accountable for the group’s energy portfolio and driving deployment of sustainable technology solutions. Prior to joining Woolworths Group, Rob held senior roles at Target, 7-Eleven and Coles.
