About the RCA 2019

The free-to-attend Renewable Cities Australia Conference and Exhibition 2019 is taking place this week on 13 – 14 June at the International Convention Centre, Sydney.  This is a must-attend conference for any professional in the commercial or government sector, providing insights on how best to move your business towards net-zero, how to improve energy efficiency and how to reduce costs.  There will be a specific focus on; corporate PPAs, navigating which model is right for you, the legal process and negotiating the right deal; and the progress of cities as they move towards their renewable targets.

On day one, Thursday 13 June, attendees will be educated at a 1-day ‘Zero Emissions Transport Conference’ hosted by Electric Vehicle Council and Hydrogen Mobility Australia, and on day two,  Friday 14 June the ‘Renewable Cities Forum’ will take place organised in partnership with Business Renewables Centre Australia.

Attendees will also gain exclusive access to the Australian Energy Storage Exhibition show floor. The Lord Mayor of Sydney, Clover Moore TO OPEN RCA

The Lord Mayor of Sydney, Clover Moore will open RCA with the City of Sydney’s progress towards net zero energy for multi-unit residential, office, hotel and mixed-use development buildings. She’ll cover the work being done with State and Federal government to increase the share of renewable energy to the grid and if the set targets will be achieved.
