Includes EV workshop access in the morning, afternoon sessions, tour*, morning tea & coffee and lunch.


Forum Pass 2 day (14 and 15 June) – $600.00 + GST

Includes access to the forum, EV workshop, tour*, tea & coffee breaks and lunch on both days.


Young Ambassadors Pass (14 and 15 June) – $270.00 + GST

Includes access to the forum, EV workshop, tea and coffee breaks and lunch. Please note, this registration can only be purchased for two days. One-day passes are not available. Seats are limited so we encourage you to register early.

Discount codes
All discounts can only be applied at the time of registration and discounts cannot be combined. In the event that more than one discount is applicable, delegates will receive the discount with the highest value. All discounts are subject to approval by the organiser. Credit card bookings may be subject to currency fluctuations. Please note the conference fee does not include travel or hotel accommodation costs. Discount codes are case sensitive. 

Cancellations and Refund Policy
Before finalising your purchase of any Purchase Items you should review the dates and location of the Event or component or activity of the Event and ensure they suit your personal circumstances. Subject to any statutory rights you may have to cancel and receive a refund (including your rights under Consumer Laws) there is no general right to cancel if the Event, component or activity of the Event takes place. You may transfer Purchase Items legitimately purchased and another person may attend in your place with our consent at no cost to you but you must provide us with the name and details of your replacement. We may cancel the Event or a component or activity of the Event due to unforeseen reasons. In such case, you have a right to obtain a refund but may need to apply for this and follow our refund process.

Variations
We may occasionally need to change key note speakers, session presenters, the conference program timetable and delivery or any other aspect of the Event due to speaker or presenter availability or other unforseen reasons. Please note that we do not accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused for such changes subject to your rights under Consumer Laws.

Young Ambassadors

Registration at a special rate is available for the Young Ambassadors program for people between 18-35 who are working or studying in a relevant area, with maximum of two participants per organisation.  Places are limited and first preference will be given to those in local government, business or community groups in Australia and New Zealand. Please email your interest in this program with your current role and reasons for seeking to participate in this program to Mary Hendriks, mary@renewablecities.com.au. Once accepted, a registration code will be provided to access the young ambassador’s rate. Pease note that no further discounts will apply.

Visa Entry
For information and Visa entry requirements, please visit: http://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1. The organiser is not liable for the refusal to enter the country.

Letter of Invitation
The organiser will only be able to prepare a letter of invitation for visa purposes to delegates with no outstanding balance. Please contact info@renewablecities.com.au , +61 2 9556 8847, for further information. The organiser reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for this service.
